Learn all about working with Gum Paste and fondant to create nothing less than edible works of art. You will learn a variety of gum paste flowers, fondant borders and embellishments that will bring your cake decorating to a whole new level of amazing! Want to learn how to paint on Fondant? We will teach you that as well in this course. A Certified Wilton Methosd Instructor will guide you through all of the steps so you can make amazing fondant cakes!

Final Cake for Course 3. This student used the techniques taught in course 3 to marble fondant, cover a cake base and a cake in fondant, to make a fondant bow, a ruffle border, fondant overlay stripes and a ball border.
